Happy New Year!
A little late maybe sorry, but we hit the ground running this year and things haven't quietened down, so it's a good start to 2013 for Solo Hair and Beauty.
Last year was so fun packed we hardly had time to write a blog, but our new year resolution was to keep you all more informed about what's going on in our busy world this year.
Last year saw us gaining James and Georgia to our team.
Sophie who has been with us for 3 years got to be a model and take part in a Matrix live show in Combarton Cambridge. She was picked out by one of the matrix team and loved every minute of it. She got to have her hair done by none other than Anne Veck. Anne Veck is proud to be Artistic Director for Matrix, Balmain Global Ambassador and Brand Ambassador for Kasho Scissors. She is currently nominated for the British Hairdressing Awards Avant Garde Hairdresser of the Year for the 5th time and was finalist for the Creative HEAD Most Wanted! Creative Talent 2012. In 2011 she won the Haute Coiffure Francaise Trophy and her 2011 men's collection was shortlisted for the AIPP Grand Trophy 2011/12 - the ultimate international hairdressing accolade
We have got loads going on this year inc our staff Christmas party still to come at the end of the month! (we got too busy at the end of last year!). James is taking part in an Avant Garde competition and Sophie will be needing models to name just a few.
